£29,500 basic salary uncapped OTE of £100,000

Company:

Our client has worked with NGO’s and charitable organisations worldwide for over 25yrs. They specialise providing, agile business minded solutions to non-profit entities such as Unicef, Amnesty International and Save the Children. They are currently looking to expand their current fundraising team to secure long lasting and meaningful donations from a variety of international donors.

Package:

- £29,500 basic salary uncapped OTE of £100,000

- Subsidized travel/Fuel allowance

- Full product training, opportunity for qualifications

- Meal allowance

- Bonus scheme

Qualifications:

- 2yrs experience in Sales Executive, Account Manager, Fundraiser or relevant position
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and a passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Outgoing and exciting personality

Role:

  • Ensure targets are met and exceeded by contacting qualified leads to secure long term donations
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of independent donors, ensuring the achievement of set business targets
  • Maintain accurate donor records and process sales orders efficiently using internal systems
  • Develop in-depth company, market and sector knowledge
  • Deliver effective communications, which can be adjusted depending on the product and audience
