We are seeking a Experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be instrumental in generating new business and nurturing existing client relationships through effective outbound and inbound sales calls. This position is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a flair for communication and a drive to achieve outstanding results.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their business needs and delivering value-added solutions.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, introduce our products/services, qualify leads, and arrange appointments.
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries with promptness, providing detailed product information and resolving any customer concerns.
  • Manage and follow up on leads to build a robust sales pipeline and track previous interactions.
  • Identify and seize new business opportunities within existing accounts and with new prospects.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, revenue, and forecasts, and report findings.
  • Work collaboratively with the commercial team to share insights and enhance overall sales performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Organise product pallet configurations and relevant documentation, including customer delivery notes.
  • Arrange and monitor delivery of orders, communicating any issues to customers.
  • Comply with GDPR policies, ensuring data privacy and security in line with company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and engage with clients effectively.
  • Proficient in managing sales pipelines and using CRM software.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data protection best practices.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
