Safety Engineer

Safety Engineer - Upto £55K pa, Glasgow (1-2 x a month)

My client, a global leader in their industry, have a requirement for a Safety Engineer to join their expanding team. In addition to working on super exciting projects, this role will have the opportunity for overseas travel and/or secondment if the successful candidate desires. The successful candidate will facilitate the implementation of relevant Product Safety processes and production of deliverables, whilst supporting the management of the hazards, risks and associated mitigations and contribute to the development of the hazard log.

Knowledge & Experience

• Experience in product safety management processes and techniques
• Experience in obtaining classification certification
• Familiar with report writing and developing safety arguments

• Experience of ANEP77 highly desirable
• Experience leading hazard identification meetings (desirable)
• Background within a highly regulated industry

As a Product Safety Engineer working for this thriving business, you will be earning a basic salary of up to £55,000, and will be entitled to a range of fantastic company benefits.
