Howarth Morris are recruiting an exciting opportunity for a Record to Report (R2R) Reporting Manager to join a leading global multibillion turnover Manufacturing group. The role will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining best-in-class financial reporting solutions. This position offers the opportunity to shape the future of financial reporting within a truly global organisation. The role is remote, with occasional travel within the UK and other global locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ownership of the Management Finance Reporting roadmap, encompassing the development of SAP reporting tools, reporting design and build, and process standardisation and optimisation.
  • Lead the global rollout of new reports, reporting systems, and processes, collaborating with local Finance teams and Shared Services to ensure consistency and provide support with process and systems.
  • Develop and oversee a Finance Reporting Centre of Excellence, focusing on the ongoing maintenance, improvement, and development of financial reports and reporting systems.
Experience & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration.
  • Previous experience in financial reporting, accounting.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Experience with financial reporting tools and software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tableau) preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
