Our client, a global music company, is seeking ten-months temporary cover for a Royalty Coordinator.

Key responsibilities will include:

· Serving as an initial point of contact for key artists.

· Undertaking quarterly and six monthly royalty statements ensuring contractual guidelines are met.

· Regularly reviewing and managing the suspense accounts.

· Acting as a first point of contact for artists.

· Interpreting and implementing artist recording agreements to the royalty system.

· Managing new release set up and that new products are set up on the royalty system correctly.

· Ensuring complete label copy is obtained to ensure accurate beneficiary management.

· Liaising with various internal departments including financial planners.

· Helping to ensure that accurate recoupable cost information is handled appropriately.

Requirements:

· Experience in a similar role.

· Able to meet deadlines using strong organisational abilities.

· Meticulous attention to detail.

· Able to manage complex queries, support audit reviews, contribute to processes, and other project work.

· Capable of communicating with varied personnel and artist management.

· Able to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
