WORLD LEADING GLOBAL ENTERTAINMENT BRAND LICENSING BUSINESS IS LOOKING FOR A FINANCE MANAGER TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MANAGING COMMUNICATION TO KEY LICENSORS.

This will involve being a key point of contact for the business, liaising regularly with the Royalties-In team (who manage licensee reporting). The Finance Manager will support external and internal stakeholders to meet contractual reporting requirements and facilitate commercial decision making.

Responsibilities;

  • Act as the key Finance representative in liaison with licensors.
  • Preparation, review and distribution of licensor participation reports (consolidation of licensee reporting, amounts billed, outstanding balances, cash collected)
  • Reconcile Licensor outstanding debt.
  • Ensure that licensee Royalty forecasts are obtained, consolidated, reviewed, analysed and distributed according to licensors reporting timetables and requirements
  • Consolidate and review forecasting prepared by local territory teams, analyse and summarise.
  • Providing financial data, including ensuring that effective monitoring is in place vs licensor contractual targets
  • Develop best practice process, templates, and system usage in order to maximise efficiency, effectiveness and consistency.
  • Own monthly reconciliations of licensor balances in finance system (Great Plains).

Ideally working within a Licensing/ Royalty related business you will have strong Excel skills, demonstrate the ability to juggle multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment and be able to business partner stakeholders both internal and external. Royalties experience strongly preferred.
