Rough Sleeper Head of Service

If you are wanting to join a supportive team to help decrease the number of rough sleepers in the borough, then this is the role for you! My client is seeking a candidate to join the team of the Rough Sleep & Single Homeless Project.

The team are looking for an experienced candidate that can add quality amongst knowledgeable peers to aid the prevention of homelessness.

Duties Includes:

• To Lead on the advice giving service for Rough Sleepers within the borough.
• Oversee the multi agency approach to ending rough sleeping under the Housing Act 1996.
• Analysing service data, performance, risk information, customer experience and outcomes to drive strategic change using organisational intelligence

If you have previous experience in these areas and keen to develop your knowledge further this is a perfect team for you.
