We are currently recruiting for a Room Coordinator at Little Manor Day Nursery

40 hours per week.

What to expect as a Room Coordinator:

  • Support, mentor and supervise room staff in their day-to-day duties and quality of learning journeys and observations

  • Be a champion of ongoing development, supporting apprentices in your team

  • Stay up to date with current developments in early years policies and practices

  • As a key person you will ensure that the needs of your key children are met, build effective relationships with parents and support with any SEND needs

  • Carry out observations, plan activities in line with the EYFS and support the development of your key children

  • Coordinate the activities within your room to ensure the delivery of EYFS

*You must hold a level 3 childcare qualification to be considered for this role*

This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check
