Roofing Supervisor

Roofing supervisor with experience within Maintenance refurbishment projects

Previous experience within a Social Housing upgrade programme would be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Managing DLO tradesmen, and sub contractors
• Managing roofing works and upgrades
• Ensuring project delivery to the highest standards
• • Induction and ensuring project is delivered as project the project program
  • Responsible for all people on site
  • Over come any unforeseen problems
  • Check work for sign off

Requirements:

• SMSTS / SSSTS
• First Aid
• Asbestos Awareness
