We are seeking an experienced Rolling Machine Operator to join our client's team.

Our client is a long-established metal forming and manipulation business based in Dudley with a long serving team of employees making this a rare opportunity to join this successful company.

Experienced Plate Roller operator is required to set and operate a combination of pyramid and pinch rolling machines.

Role Overview:
As an experienced Rolling machine operator, you will be a key member of a small but dedicated workforce and will play a crucial role in shaping products and ensuring their accuracy.

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and adjust manual rolling machines according to specifications.
  • Feed materials into the machine and monitor the rolling process.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
  • Perform routine maintenance on the rolling machines.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience operating manual rolling machines.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Benefits:
Salary: £14 - £16 p/h
Hours: 37. Hours a Week. Monday - Thursday 8am - 4pm (flexible), 6am - 12.15pm Friday.
