Responsibilities:

  • Origination of new business opportunities
  • Manage and develop strong client relationships
  • Execute deals and manage new/existing business
  • Develop & maintain relationships with key introducers and relevant external market contacts
  • Manage relationships with syndicated lending partners
  • Prepare credit proposals to be presented to committee
  • Liaise with relevant internal departments (i.e. Credit, Legal, Compliance etc.)
  • Work alongside senior management

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of the Real Estate Finance market (Commercial)
  • Proven deal Origination & Execution experience 
  • Experience working in a Commercial/Corporate/Investment banking environment
  • Solid Credit Risk skills
