Our Risk and Compliance Manager role is offered with an attractive salary of upto £42k DOE and is supported by our fantastic benefits package including 25 days AL, plus bank holidays, plus Christmas shut down and an enhanced pension.


The role exists to ensure that our partners and employees know and follow their obligations to LSS and the SRA. If you know what those two acronyms mean then you are potentially a great candidate!


You’ll develop and refine policies to be used across the business and it’s services to ensure all statutory obligations are met as directed by the regulatory bodies and support employees and partners with queries and clarity.


This role is also key as part of numerous strategic groups within the business. Expect to be an expert contributor to things like cyber security and financial crime strategies.


The role would suit someone who has worked in a similar role in a regulated environment before and isn’t afraid to challenge practices and embed improvements and policies. Initially based in our Edinburgh office, long term the role will support hybrid working arrangements.
