RICS VALUATION SURVEYOR – Sales & Administration

Location: Oxfordshire

Salary: £70k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified and experienced RICS VALUATION SURVEYOR to join a professional expanding Property Services company cover the Oxfordshire area.

You must be able to work independently and autonomously as well as being able to work as part of a busy and successful team.

You will be required to and undertake Residential Property Valuations for both private clients and lenders, plus other professional work including Landlord & Tenant Act procedures and experience of working in a similar position before is essential.

The ideal candidate will be a Registered Valuer and RICS qualified with post qualification experience.

Skills: The skills required for this RICS Valuation Surveyorrole will include:

• RICS / Registered valuer
• Minimum 2 years’ experience post qualification.
• Valuation experience in the residential sector
• Highly motivated individual
• Proven ability to drive projects to a successful and timely conclusion
• Strong organisational skills in order to set priorities and be responsive to customer requests
• Multi-tasking abilities and initiative in order to proactively deal with a wide range of queries
• In-depth knowledge of best valuation practices
• Attention to detail/disciplined individual
• A good team player with strong analytical skills
