We have 3 nurse position available in the Teeside area working in a nursing home days and nights this is a temp to perm position for the right candidates

you must be a band 6 or working towards, working on a nusing home you will be required to follow the NMC guildlines and regulations, assessing the service users new and excisting for any changes in health and deterioration, care plans and reporting any issues to the relevent services and management, medication ordering and storaging of the mediaction.
