Reed HR are delighted to be working with an established financial services organisation who are seeking an experienced Reward Partner to join their successful HR team.

Reporting into the HR Director, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of the reward agenda for the business whilst reforming and shaping the reward strategy going forward, ensuring accuracy, compliance and engagement across all elements of Reward. You will play a key role supporting the development and delivery of reward and benefit activities and pension governance across the entire organisation.

This role requires a weekly visit to their stunning Head Office in Brighton.

The Reward Partner will...

  • Lead on and manage the ongoing embedding of the Reward framework
  • Lead on and work in partnership with Korn Ferry and Willis Towers Watson to undertake our 3-year, high-level review of Reward arrangements, including pay groups, pay bands, etc
  • Manage and coordinate the annual pay award cycle, including a market-related review of pay bands, application of performance related pay arrangements and annual discretionary bonus scheme
  • Assist colleagues in our EDI team with the production of gender/ethnicity pay gap reports on an annual basis. This may include: analysing the findings and drawing conclusions / making recommendations for improvements and managing data submission of salary information/surveys/reports
  • Run and provide expert advice on current Reward case work

The successful Reward Partner will have...

  • Experience of operating at a senior Reward manager level
  • Demonstrable evidence of designing, implementing and embedding robust Reward policies, processes and governance frameworks
  • Evidence of analysing, interpreting and presenting internal and external pay data to input into pay audits, case work and business cases, as well as presenting in plain English to non-subject matter Experts
  • Ability to investigate, problem solve and innovate with energy and credibility in a complex environment
  • Report writing and presentation of internal and external Reward challenges and opportunities
