Reward Consultant, Remote UK based. Freelance £300-400 per day

This AI-powered Job Description platform is seeking a detail-oriented Reward Consultant to join their team. This job management solution enables organisations to create, manage and future-proof job architectures and job descriptions. Built with inclusion and diversity at the core -to help organisations build inclusive workplaces and transform the world of work. In this Reward Consultant role, you will support the delivery of job architecture services.

Projects entail supporting the creation of job architecture, rewards, job families and levels using the company’s AI, feeding back findings to help train algorithms. If you have experience of designing job architectures, job families and job levelling and would enjoy the opportunity to work with new innovative technology then we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities of this Reward Consultant:

  • Harmonise and build job architecture and job family structures
  • Standardize job titles and career paths
  • Consolidate and build a standardized job catalogue
  • Feeding back findings to the Machine Learning team to help train algorithms
  • Provide SME guidance to customers

Requirements of this Job Reward Consultant:

  • Be "Start-up ready". You are naturally proactive, have a positive attitude to change; have a continuous improvement mindset, are flexible, always happy to go beyond your brief; enjoy working at pace and are comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with rewards, job levelling, talent assessment methodologies and ranking systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Tech-savvy and interest in AI-powered tools and platforms would be preferable
