This role offers an opportunity to collaborate closely with the Head of HR in a pivotal role within our reward structure. As the central point of contact for all benefits initiatives and processes, you will be recognised as the subject matter expert, with support from the Reward and Benefits Assistant.

The firm operates under a hybrid agile working policy, permitting employees to work remotely for up to 50% of their time, with additional flexible working options available.

**Responsibilities:**

The role entails leading or overseeing the following activities:

- Collaborating with the HR Director and CEO for the annual Partner remuneration review processes

- Coordinating with the Head of HR for the annual pay review process for fee earners and central staff

- Managing the monthly PAYE payroll and annual cyclical activities

- Conducting regular liaison and review meetings with the firm's benefits broker and third-party providers

- Overseeing the firm's pension scheme and regulatory obligations

- Managing the annual benefits renewal process and conducting benefits presentations

- Implementing and overseeing reward and benefits policies, procedures, and standards

- Overseeing the firm's wellbeing initiative

- Handling the annual Gender Pay Gap reporting

- Providing supervision and mentoring to the Reward and Benefits Assistant

- Conducting an annual review of the firm's benefits and reward schemes

- Monitoring legislation and ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting

- Overseeing all reward and benefits administration and reporting processes

**Qualifications:**

- Advanced IT skills

- Thorough understanding of benefits and pension regulations

- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive ideas forward

- Strong team orientation

- Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail

- Demonstrated ability to influence at senior levels

- Excellent communication skills
