An exciting opportunity has just arisen for a Reward and Benefits Specialist for a management consulting company. This will be a hybrid role of 2 days in the office 3 days from home with a key focus on wellbeing for a company that has some fantastic benefits.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Manage the annual benefits review process
  • Benchmarking data for the global compensation review
  • Main point of contact for all benefits queries in the EMEA region
  • Responsible for updating and conducting the benefits induction for all employees in the EMEA region
  • Mange the implementation of new benefits and modifications of any existing ones
  • Create and manage wellbeing events to improve the overall culture of the company

Skills & Experience Required:
  • 4 years minimum experience in a benefits role is essential
  • Previous experience in a professional services or financial services environment is essential
  • Previous experience implementing and managing benefits
  • University degree qualified or a similar qualification
  • A key interest in benefits and wellbeing
  • High level of energy with strong organisational skills
