Our client is looking for someone to join their trusted team on a fixed-term 6-month basis. You will be responsible for supporting all their services by taking referrals by phone, email, setting up customer cases, and booking in appointments for colleagues.

Job requirements

  • Take referrals and deal with all enquiries from the mailbox.

  • Answer phone calls on their internal call system.

  • Add cases on to their case manager system.

  • Be responsible for cases and adding appointments, costs, and interventions where necessary.

  • Be the first point of contact for many of their referrers.

  • Support colleagues when necessary and working to a 'one team approach’.

  • Send out customer feedback forms and adding responses to their internal database.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing daily post.

What they are looking for:

  • Experience in a similar role, or of completing admin tasks including scheduling appointments for several members of staff.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to fulfil contractual commitments for commissioned services.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and demands.

  • Excellent ICT skills.
