This opportunity would suit an experienced Revenue Manager looking for a leadership role they can make their own. It’s a newly created role, leading and developing a team of 5, including a Revenue Supervisor.

The role works very closely with the Head of Finance, leading on revenue projects and driving improvements to the full working capital cycle (billing, ebilling, WIP management and collections).

You’ll be highly visible within the firm, working with Finance Partners and bringing a proactive approach to improving lock up and debtor days, identifying roadblocks and mitigating risk.

Team management will be a core element of the role and you’ll need to demonstrate a proven background of developing individuals and leading an engaged and motivated team of Revenue Controllers.  

You’ll also need prior experience leading on projects and managing change within a revenue control function (e.g. systems upgrades, development of policies & procedures).

Salary: £75-90k (depending on experience)
Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 remote
Location: London
