Ambition are working with an international law firm with their recruitment for a Revenue Co-ordinator. This is great opportunity to join an established finance team within their London office, offering hybrid working and a competitive salary.

Reporting to the Revenue Manager, the key duties will include;

  • Assisting Revenue Controllers with WIP & AR management for designated Practice Group(s) and/or Individual Partners.
  • Meet with Partners to proactively evaluate WIP & AR status and anticipated/expected billing activity for the month & inputting this information into the ARCS system.
  • Take responsibility and ownership for active management of accounts including administration, analysis, chasing reporting and service delivery coordination.
  • Reporting/analysing client and practice groups turns (lock up cycles), realisation, write downs and client processes.
  • Assisting the Revenue Controllers with the Year End forecasting/target process
  • Monitor ebilling and collections.
  • Monitor Collections and coordinate with Collections team re: AR Management.
  • Build relationships with clients.

Successful candidates will have previously worked in a similar role ideally within a law firm. Previous working knowledge of Elite3E system is preferred.
