RETROFIT ASSESSOR

Colchester

Full-time, permanent position

Location: Field Based – Colchester & surrounding areas

Salary: Competitive, dependant on experience

Holiday: 23 days plus public holidays

Overview of the role:

Due to continued growth and expansion, we are currently looking for a retrofit assessor to join our rapidly expanding, national team. The primary purpose of this role to conduct retrofit assessments to industry standards, alongside technically surveying measures for their validity and compliance.

As a retrofit assessor your key roles are to:

  • • Conduct retrofit assessments to an industry acceptable standard.
  • • Conduct technical surveys in a timely, accurate manner.
  • • Liaise with retrofit co-ordinators to ensure projects are compliant and viable.
  • • Accurately and neatly depict to scale floor plans of properties, always maintaining a consistent key.

Essential

  • Qualified Retrofit Assessor with certification (Essential)
  • Full UK Driving License (Essential)
  • Previous experience working with building fabric.
  • The ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
  • Experience in technical surveying loft and cavity wall insulation
  • Flexible, with a willingness to travel
