Panoramic Associates are working with a construction and home improvement company in Stoke-on-Trent who are seeking a Domestic Energy Assessor to join their team. As a leading player in the decarbonisation of domestic properties sector, our client is committed to helping both the environment and their customers save money on their heating bills. With £80 million in secured funding over the next 4 years, they are poised for significant growth and are looking for passionate individuals to join them on their journey.

Role Overview

As a Domestic Energy Assessor, you will be an integral part of the department responsible for grant-funded customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Advising clients on the cost-saving benefits of funded efficiency measures.
  • Modelling pre and post domestic energy performance reports.
  • Collaborating with Local Authorities to support grant applications.

What We Ask of You

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Must have a Domestic Energy Assessor qualification.
  • Ideally, have a background in customer service; however, we value conscientiousness, organisation, and enthusiasm above all.
  • Excellent phone manner, as a significant portion of the role involves interacting with customers over the phone.
  • Ability to efficiently handle inquiries and follow structured sales processes.
  • Strong IT skills.
