Retrofit Assessor

Our client based in County Durham are looking for experienced Retrofit Assessors to work within domestic properties throughout the West Midlands.

Job description:

• To produce a high quality PAS 2035 Retrofit Assessment in line with current accreditation guides.
• Have a general understanding of ECO and the requirements of ECO funding.
• Completing Retrofit Reports.
• Completing ECO Surveys.
• Surveying domestic gas appliances so must have gas knowledge.
• To liaise with installation teams.
• Make recommendations based on assessment findings.

Person specification:

• Minimum of DEA Accreditation & PAS 2035 and Retrofit Assessment accreditation.
• Must have a full UK driving license.
• Ideally be Gas Safe registered
• Must have experience or knowledge of gas appliance appliances.
• Must be qualified with one of the approved member bodies (Stroma, Elmhurst, ECMK etc).
• Strong technical knowledge of energy efficient measures.
• Good attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexible, positive approach to work.
• Computer literate.
