Retentions Team Leader

£32,000 plus commission

HYBRID WORKING (4 days from home & 1 day in the office)

Sheridan ward is currently recruiting for a brilliant company based in Aylesbury, who are on the lookout for a new Retentions Team Leader to join their team!

They are looking for someone who has previous experience working in retentions, as well as someone who has worked in a target driven environment!

Retentions Team Leader Duties

  • Conducting team reviews, meetings, 1-1’s
  • Managing training sessions
  • Ensuring call activity is hitting SLA’s
  • Managing customer relationships 
  • Picking up complex queries
  • Review call quality and provide feedback
