Retention Planning Manager, Basingstoke, 50-52k

The Company

My client is one of the largest motoring organisations in the UK, offering various services.

They're looking for a Retention Planning Manager to spearhead the strategy, plan, and manage the technical executions, aiming to enhance the commercial performance of retention journeys.

The Job

As the Retention Planning Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive a data and insight driven approach to plan & optimise retention activity across customer segments & journey points.
  • Work closely with the Product Owners to make sure proposals are built, tested & successfully implemented across different systems
  • Reporting and driving commercial performance and retention activity
  • Manage agencies

You

  • Previous experience as a Retention and Planning Manager or a similar role
  • Strategic thinker and the ability to lead teams
  • Confident across excel
  • CRM Planning experience and expertise; including control group and A/B testing analysis within complex customer journeys
  • Commercial mindset
