Our client is seeking to recruit a high performing Retail Store Stockroom Manager to support their on-going growth and success. The successful Stockroom Manager will come from a , fast paced retail store and be responsible for all warehouse, back stage areas, customer despatch and any associated customer service issues.

Our client has a thriving Retail business, we now need an exceptional Retail Store Stockroom Manager to join them as they continue to succeed and expand.

We are looking to recruit an in-store Stockroom Manager who has excellent retail skills, has strong leadership experience, passionate about the customer journey and enjoys what they do. You will be from a fast paced warehouse style environment and will be hands on, committed and driven.

Key responsibilities as our new Retail Store Stockroom Manager:

• Manage a store team of warehouse/delivery colleagues
• Take control of the customer service and feedback team
• Ecommerce and online delivery despatch experience essential
• Responsible for all online order processing
• Manage delivery logistics
• Stock control and stock management
• Customer Service Management for any delivery issues or online order problems
• Recruitment and training of colleagues
• KPI management
• Delivery and distribution knowledge and experience
• Work closely with the business owners to delivery their online strategy

This is a great role for an operationally focused retail manager who can bring ideas, drive a motivation to a great business. Your voice will be heard and acted upon, in return you will play a key part in the business direction and growth. This is not an office role so we need someone who will be hands on and able to support the teams.
