Our client, a leading workwear retailer in Carlisle, is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Advisor to join their team. As a Retail Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in increasing product sales and profitability through the retail channel while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Rate: £12 per hour

Hours: 8-5 Monday to Friday (1hr break) with the occasional Saturday 08:30-12:30 given back in lieu

Duration: Ongoing temporary basis (starting early June)

Responsibilities:

Maintain Retail housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and organized store environment.

Price and ticket merchandise accurately to optimize sales opportunities.

Manage product displays and ensure items are well stocked to meet customer demand.

Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints promptly.

Execute administrative procedures efficiently to support daily operations.

Handle collection of goods, processing refunds, and managing cash accounts with accuracy.

Participate actively in sales promotions to drive customer engagement and increase sales.

Maintain warehousing systems to track inventory levels and facilitate efficient stock management.

Provide customers with quotes on products and services as needed.
