Retail Project Coordinator | Kemble (Hybrid 1-2 days per week)

Full Time | 40 hours

£26,000-£30,000 (DOE) + bonus

Do you have a passio for the outdoors and a keen eye for project methodology? Or perhaps you're looking to step up into a project coordinator role and advance your career into project management?

O&CC are one of the UK's largest outdoor retailers, trading as Cotswold Outdoor, Runners Need and Snow + Rock and we are looking for a driven Retail Project Coordinator to join our team in Kemble.

As Retail Project Coordinator, you will have an impact on the retail estate projects (new stores, store refits, digital pricing etc) by coordinating projects across the stores, ensuring successful delivery and embedding of change initiatives within the retail environment and collaborating across teams to execute retail projects.

You will have experience in project management methodologies such as LEAN, be a driven individual that is looking to grow with a company, and ideally retail estate improvement processes - but this is not an essential!

You will be provided with;

  • A salary of up to £30,000 PLUS up to £1,250 bonus
