Retail Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with regional sales managers to develop and implement regional marketing plans aligned with business objectives and brand direction.
• Manage the operational implementation of retail marketing activities, ensuring alignment with sales targets and financial goals.
• Identify gaps and develop action plans to address challenges, considering business and financial aspects.
• Develop and manage communication flow plans aligned with brand and business KPIs.
• Partner with stakeholders to execute brand priorities and manage brand requirements across governance and regional spend.
• Manage retail marketing budgets and ensure compliance with dealer standards and financial compliance programs.
• Conceptualize and manage seasonal retail sales events/activations and provide post-campaign evaluation reporting.
• Act as a liaison between marketing and sales departments, ensuring alignment with tactical campaigns and annual planning rounds.
• Plan and deliver marketing roundtable sessions and ensure market representation in quarterly steering meetings.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• University degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
• Experience in brand management, marketing strategy planning, and operations.
• Proven track record of working with leading global brands to drive brand building and cross-functional alignment.
• Strong communication skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Arabic speaking and writing skills advantageous with a strong understanding of intercultural relations across the region.
