Shift: 3on 3off (Earlies and Lates)

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide assistance in locating products
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Assist with inventory management and replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Upsell products and promote special offers or promotions
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Organizational skills to maintain an orderly sales floor
