Job Title: Retail Assistant - High-End Retail Fashion

Salary: £27,000 Per Annum

Start Date: 29th April 2024!

Contract end date: 26th November 2024 (view to extend beyond, subject to success of store).

Location: Westfield London (near Kensington & Shepherd's Bush, Greater London)

Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 5 days per week, 40 hours per week.

• Monday to Saturday 9:30am-10:30pm & Sunday 11:30am -6:30pm
• Overtime available

The Opportunity:

Our client is currently seeking a dedicated and fashion-savvy High-End Fashion Retail Assistant to join the team. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a crucial role in creating a luxurious shopping experience for their customers and assisting with various aspects of store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide impeccable customer service by assisting customers, answering inquiries, and offering product recommendations.
• Stay up to date on the latest fashion trends and product details to provide expert advice to customers.
• Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by restocking merchandise, maintaining displays, and facilitating the sales process.
• Assist in creating visually appealing displays and ensuring that the store's appearance is always pristine.
• Help with inventory control, including receiving and processing merchandise shipments.
• Assist customers in the fitting rooms, ensuring they have a positive and comfortable experience.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Keep the store clean and organized, including tidying up displays and the sales floor.
• Alert management to any suspicious behaviour or security concerns.
• Work with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the brand's image and uphold company policies and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a high-end fashion or luxury retail setting.
• A passion for fashion and a strong sense of style.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and a dedication to maintaining a pristine store appearance.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Arabic speaking is desired but not essential.
