In the busy food industry, my client shines above many and continues to offer great food and great service for all types and ages. Sitting in an affluent village on the outskirts of Brentwood, Essex this popular Gastro Pub requires an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the establishment to the next level!!!

You will be a flexible, hands-on person that can work well within a team with fantastic inter-personal skills. This position would suit someone who has a passion to work and is a self-motivated and enjoys working with people.

As Restaurant Manager you will:

• Lead, train and motivate staff
• Work closely with The Head Chef and General Manager
• Delivery of exceptional service at all times
• Ensure effective communication occurs throughout the team and between all departments
• Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as Restaurant Manager
