Are you a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry? This wonderful venue is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead an exceptional team. If you can come and oversee our restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction we would love to hear from you. We are looking for someone who can lead us in managing and mentoring the team including hiring, training and scheduling rotas. You will be someone who can develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability as well as maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness and presentation.

This is such a unique venue, a real wow on approach and they have their own cast of special touches as they even have their own herd of doe and baby deer who live around the venue. Set in a scenic environment there are plenty of walks and bike tracks from your doorstep. This is a real dark skies area in the heart of the highlands. Though remote, the owners have arranged great transport links and around eight buses pass by daily. Live in is available on site.
