About Butlin's

At Butlin’s, we’re all about fun, excitement, and adventure by the bucketload! For over 80 years we’ve been delighting hundreds of thousands of guests each year, whether on a non-stop action family break or our epic Adult only Big Weekenders.

Ask any of our team, past and present, and one of the best things they’ll say about working at Butlin’s is our culture! We’re all about providing our guests with an Altogether More Entertaining and Fun Break, brought to life through our three mighty values.
So, if you want a role where you Create Smiles, where you aren’t afraid to Get Stuck In and where the team genuinely Cares For Each Other - this could be the perfect fit for you.

There has never been a more exciting time to join Butlin’s!

About The Role

We are looking for a Resourcing Advisor to join our central Resourcing Team to focus on social media development and engagement for the purpose of building and engaging with talent pools in various areas, and building our employer brand. This role will also be responsible for building networks of Schools, Colleges, Universities, Charities and Government Initiatives to ensure we are engaging with passive and active talent for both entry level and experienced roles.

Working pro-actively to fill vacancies quickly and efficiently to support our guest and team experience, you will also be responsible for the day-to-day resourcing and attraction of candidates for hard to fill positions to supplement resort team recruitment efforts. This will be done by direct sourcing from CV sites, social networks, job shows and ongoing Butlin’s events.

A big part of this role will be screening CVs and applications and liaising with candidates and hiring managers through the hiring processes. We have an experienced team in place at the resorts dealing with between 50-100 vacancies across a number of specialisms including bars, restaurants and entertainment.

You will be a brand champion, promoting the Butlin’s experience to candidates from their initial engagement with us, right through to the warm welcome when they start work.

Typical working hours: as with all roles at Butlin’s, you should enjoy a fast-paced environment and working in an agile way. We operate all year, 7 days a week and as such, some weekend working will be required to support our operation in this role.

As you will be supporting our resorts, there will also be regular travel required to our sites in Bognor Regis, Skegness and Minehead.

About You

We are looking for a passionate individual with experience in managing social media content, both organic and paid, to promote an engaging employer brand, drive recruitment campaigns and build passive talent pools. This should ideally be in the recruitment environment but experience in any social media would be of interest.

You should ideally have some experience in recruitment and sourcing candidates but this isn’t essential as we can teach you all the skills you need - what is more important is a get stuck in attitude, a desire to learn and a confidence to represent Butlin’s to candidates and other organisations both on the phone and in person.

This role could be a great opportunity to progress your career in an internal recruitment environment with an amazing business-like Butlin’s.

Interested?

To apply, please send your CV along with a few words about why you would like to work for Butlins and what about this role excites you.
