Your new role
Responsible for the seamless coordination of global personnel allocation and mobilisation, ensuring adherence to cost-reduction initiatives and monthly budgets. Monitoring and troubleshooting personnel requirements versus availability, providing utilisation reports to the Operations Manager weekly. Managing industry certification requirements, travel documentation, and client training compliance. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards while maintaining travel risk assessments and cost tracking within project scopes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven ability of project planning and scheduling
- Excellent planning, organising and prioritising skills
- Ability to correlate data to provide gap analysis to management
- Must have the ability to work under pressure and without supervision
- Ability to link long-range visions and concepts to daily work
- Good communication skills and written skills
