Gi Group Warrington are looking for a passionate and committed Resource Management Specialist to join their friendly, welcoming team.

As a Resource Management Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment consultants. Your primary responsibility will involve overseeing and managing temporary staff that are placed with clients, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery as well as recruiting the ideal candidates for our clients, always ensuring our clients' needs are understood.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of temporary employees.
- Support recruitment consultants in sourcing and screening candidates.
- Conduct interviews and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee assignments.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and address any staffing issues or concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
- Generate leads/identify potential new business

Skills

- Full UK driver's license is a must.
- Previous experience in recruitment is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a busy, collaborative environment.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
