Seven Resourcing are looking for a temporary Residential worker to work with Action for Children.

This position is a temporary Role for 2 months with the possibility to be extended and pays £13.37 (PAYE) or £16.36 (Umbrella) Per hour.

The Role:

We require a Residential Worker for 37 hours a week. We are a residential short break service for young people with disabilities. This is shift work with the shifts being 7-8 hours long between the hours of 7am and 10pm - this includes weekend working every fortnight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personal Care.
  • Write case notes.
  • Interact with the young people.
  • Complete house tasks.
  • Food prep.
  • Following care plans.
  • Complete mandatory training.
  • Attend staff meetings.
  • Follow Action for Children Policy.

Applicant Requirements:

Qualifications: Relevant Professional qualification.

Experience: 3 years' experience.

Compliance: 3 years references. Fully enhanced DBS on the update service.

Travel: Clean UK driving license with the ability to commute to and from work independently and have business insurance.
