Are you an experienced Residential Surveyor looking to join a practice that offers its staff fantastic support and benefits? We are currently recruiting for our clients, an independent and successful Surveying Practice, who are looking to add a Residential Surveyor to their team in the Liverpool area on a full-time basis. 

They are ideally looking for someone who is able to carry out valuations and Level 2 and 3 Surveys.

Working hours:

  • As a Residential Surveyor, you’ll be required to work Full Time
  • Flexible and home-based working

Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor:

  • On Target earnings of £50,000 - £70,000
  • 25+ days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Annual Bonus

  • Surveying equipment + iPad technology
  • RICS Annual membership fees and VRS

Residential Surveyor requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Residential Surveyor
  • VRS Registered
  • Highly driven and organised 
  • Experience in using iPad and Apps
  • UK driving license 
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
