Our client, a highly Surveying practice is looking to expand its team with RICS-qualified Surveyors. Our clients are a growing and successful independent practice with client care and a booking team to support your work. Working hours:

As a Surveyor, you’ll be required to work Full Time

Our client is offering the successful Surveyor:

  • £45,000 - £55,000
  • £58,000 - £68,000 OTE
  • Bonuses
  • Monthly car allowance with potential of company car after probation

To be considered for the role you must have the following:

  • AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualifications
  • RICS Registered Valuer
  • Experience in Surveying
  • Full UK Licence and Car

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:

  • Carrying out Level 1 Surveys
  • Homebuyers Surveys
  • Building Surveys (Training provided)
  • Additional Services to Public and Private Clients
