Are you a compassionate, dedicated individual with a passion for making a difference in the lives of young people? Join our dynamic team at Belgravia Healthcare! We are seeking responsible and caring individuals to join our excellent team in Westbury, Shrewsbury.
Requirements:
Experience in residential care preferred, but not essential
Awareness of child protection & safeguarding
Commitment to providing high-quality care
Ability to support young people physically and emotionally
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care for up to 4 young people
Create a safe and nurturing environment
Support the physical and emotional well-being of our young people
Benefits:
Competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience
Additional pay for sleep-ins: £62.74 per sleep
