We are currently seeking dedicated Residential Support Workers to join a dynamic team in providing care and support to vulnerable children with complex needs. Their children's homes operate 24/7, offering a family-type atmosphere to promote the healthy development and adjustment of children aged 7 to 18, mainly in their mid-teens.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supervise and protect children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Participate in a variety of domestic tasks, including shopping, cooking, and cleaning.
  • Engage children in meaningful activities both inside and outside the home.
  • Assist with educational tasks and the development of independence skills.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, children's families, and other professionals.
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings and training sessions.
