We are seeking a Residential Solicitor with a strong background in new builds to lead our dedicated team. This role is ideal for a technically excellent solicitor with a minimum of 4+ years’ post-qualification experience. Previous experience in a leadership position will be a distinct advantage.

• Oversee the conveyancing process for new build properties, ensuring all legal obligations are met efficiently and effectively.
• Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients, maintaining the highest standards of client care.
• Liaise with developers, estate agents, and other solicitors to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Keep up to date with changes in property law and conveyancing practices, applying this knowledge to benefit the team and clients.
• Manage a varied caseload with a strong focus on client satisfaction and technical accuracy.

• A minimum of 4 years’ post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing, with a focus on new builds.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
