Are you an Assistant Site Manager seeking an exciting opportunity to progress in the heart of London? My client is currently looking for a versatile individual to join their team in the role of Site Manager, with responsibilities spanning both office and on-site management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the sites.
  • Coordinate and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Supervise site personnel, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure quality workmanship and safety standards are maintained.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment of project goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and project files.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an Assistant Site Manager role, with a background in residential construction.
  • Qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, and a degree in Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites.
