A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious residential property conveyancer to join a legal 500 leading firm based at their Ashford office. The firm are well known across the region with multiple offices, delivering great client care across the full spectrum of legal services.

The team are currently looking to expand by considering individuals with at least two years PQE, however suitably experienced conveyancers outside this will be considered. The team deal with a wide range of high value and complex matters in residential property acting on behalf of high profile individuals. You will be joining a team of experienced solicitors in a fully supported environment where you will be encouraged to reach maximum potential.

The role will require you to be comfortable in dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing which includes sales and purchase transactions, re-mortgages, transfer of equity and equity releases, new build and help to buy. Additionally you will be required to assist with the development of new business opportunities for the department .
