A well-established law firm based in Kent is currently looking for a Solicitor to join their busy Residential Property team. 

The role is to manage a caseload of of freehold and leasehold transactions; both sales and purchases including new build and help to buy. You will be dealing with re-mortgages, preparing and advising on transfers of equity and assisting with the development of new business for the department. 

They are looking for someone who has previous experience within residential property and who has worked a mixed caseload.
