Residential Property Solicitor

Location: Aylesbury

PQE: 1+

Salary: Competitive

My client is a highly reputable and well-established firm based in Aylesbury, dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to our clients for over 200 years. With a strong presence in the market, they pride themselves on their commitment to professionalism and client satisfaction.

They are seeking a skilled Residential Property Solicitor to join the team. The ideal candidate will have 1 year or more PQE with experience in residential property including New Builds, freehold and leasehold sales.

You will work collaboratively within a team environment, benefiting from legal support while also being able to independently manage your workload and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  1. 1+ years of PQE experience in private client matters.
  2. Experience in running your caseload autonomously
  3. Experience in residential conveyancing transactions including freehold and leasehold on sales and purchases, new builds, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
