THE ROLE: RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR/LAWYER
PQE LEVEL: 1-4 YRS PQE
LOCATION: STANMORE

Our small and established client law firm is expanding and currently looking for a Property Solicitor/Lawyer to join their Property Dept.

The successful candidate will be experienced in the residential conveyance process and will have a good understanding of the transactional procedures from inception to completion and post completion of sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties and someone who is able to manage their own caseload.

*Also if you have experience in Commercial Conveyancing then that would be useful but is not essential. If you are willing to learn from an experienced Partner and always wanted to train in Commercial Conveyancing, then this is just the right opportunity to enhance your legal career.

Pleasant offices.

The Office is within easy reach of Train Station, there is also car parking facilities.

Hours: 9-5 ish -flexible - f/t will consider some hybrid working.
Start Date: Asap
Salary: £Competitive plus
Holidays: Standard plus bank holidays.
