My client is a reputable, vibrant estate agent, looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, proactive and forward thinking Residential sales Lister to join their friendly team.

This role needs either experienced negotiator with some listing experience or an existing Valuer to help it grow and progress to market leader status.

The successful candidate will be smart and professional at all times, punctual and will have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills over the phone and face to face.

The duties will include:

• Arranging and accompanying viewings
• Returning feedback to vendors
• Arranging and carrying out market appraisals
• Canvassing the area to increase stock levels and business profile
• Assisting the manager with the running of the branch and overseeing any junior members of staff.

A generous Basic salary is being offered along with a fantastic commission package, dependent on experience.
