Residential Property Lawyer 2-3 years+ PQE – East Grinstead – up to £55,000 DOE

ABOUT YOU:
You will have a solid grounding in Residential Conveyancing transactions, confident managing your own caseload with a keen interest in business development. Forward thinking and proactive with strong interpersonal skills.
  
This role will be covering a full and mixed caseload of residential property matters, to include freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership, re-mortgages and new build developments etc. You will be provided with complete secretarial support.
 
Benefits: Highly Competitive salary, 23 days annual leave + bank holidays and additional leave on Christmas eve, Company pension, Life Assurance,
Hours: 9am – 5:15pm (1hour 15 mins lunch),
